Onboarding is one of the most important steps to ensuring you’re adequately prepared to use Ekos in your business. And we want you to get started as quickly as possible. Each customer is assigned a dedicated Implementation Specialist to walk you through every step of the process — from inputting recipes to connecting your accounting system or training your team to use our software. Our Implementation Specialists make sure you feel prepared and excited for your journey.
After you’ve completed your onboarding journey, you’ll have access to our team of Customer Success Managers who can help you with all things Ekos going forward. CSMs are a great resource to support your business as you grow. They will share best practices from our community of 2,000 customers so you can get the most value out of Ekos. Whether you’re opening a new location, hiring new team members, changing POS systems, or looking to connect with other Ekos users, CSMs can share resources and help you along the way.
