Digital order portal helps both producer and distributor save time
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (April 7, 2022) — Last fall, Ekos launched a digital sales order portal, Ekos Order Hub, to help streamline the ordering process between craft beverage producers and their distributor and customer accounts. Now, two Charlotte-based companies, Sycamore Brewing and Adams Beverages, have adopted the platform to facilitate orders.
“Ekos Order Hub helps all parties of our business better see the ordering process and cut down on multiple forms of communication that can confuse the conversation and impact the beer getting to the right place,” said Paul Swofford, fulfillment manager at Sycamore Brewing. “The simple functions in Ekos Order Hub have made the orders for Adams Beverages much easier and there is less back and forth.”
With more than 100 buyers submitting orders through the system already, Ekos Order Hub helps breweries:

“I currently manage more than 50 supplier inventories and use emails, spreadsheets and portals to make orders.
