The Charlotte Area Technology Collaborative (CATC) has announced 25 finalists across nine categories that represent exceptional technology solutions, innovation and talent in the Greater Charlotte region. The nine winners will be announced at the 2018 Blue Diamond Awards Celebration (BDA) the evening of Tuesday, April 10, at the Knight Theater at the Levine Center for the Arts. Tickets go on sale the week of March 5th and will be available for purchase through www.blumenthalarts.org.
Nominations were reviewed and voted upon by a consortium of regional technology, business and education leaders, and finalists were assessed on criteria specific to each award category.

Through the CATC BDA nomination and judging process, the Blue Diamond Awards (BDA) network creates a culture of technology importance and impact in the region. By promoting IT success, BDA positions Charlotte as a competitive hub of technology innovation and talent. Proceeds from the BDA benefit the CATC’s programming for Grades 6 – 20, women in technology and the technology professional community.
